 Maroon
5 is a Grammy Award-winning pop band from Los Angeles,
California composed of Adam Levine (vocals/guitar), Jesse
Carmichael (keyboards/backup Vocals), Mickey Madden (bass),
Ryan Dusick (drums), and James Valentine (guitar). Levine,
Carmichael, Madden and Dusick spent the latter half of
the '90s playing in the modern rock foursome Kara's Flowers.
Then in 1999, the group renamed themselves Maroon 5 with
the addition of Valentine.
Maroon 5 has constantly been on tour since they formed
in 2000, performing with the likes of Rolling Stones,
John Mayer, Michelle Branch, Gavin DeGraw, Phantom Planet,
The Like, Jason Mraz, The Thrills and The Donnas. |
